Welcome to GlowStudio. By accessing and shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and availability.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated without prior notice.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days (depending on your location).
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or shared during order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used makeup and skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect customer information (name, phone, address, email) only to process and deliver your order.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except for order fulfillment (e.g., courier services).
  • By placing an order, you consent to receiving order updates via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Liability

  • GlowStudio is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues caused by product misuse. Always read product labels and ingredients before use.
  • Product colors and packaging may vary slightly due to photography or supplier changes.
