Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused in its original packaging
  • Unboxing video must be provided
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

⚠️ We do not accept exchanges on used, or damaged products due to hygiene reasons.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. All eligible requests will be processed as an exchange only.

We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glow Studio is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Order Cancellations

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  • Ship the item back to us in its original condition
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange
